Paper Quilling Bangle

After making necklace and earring, I thought why not make a bangle. So this time I made this bangle only of paper. first I took some thick paper (brochure which comes with newspaper). I cut some strips and made round shape. (Bangle size) after sticking paper one over another a thickness was formed. This for the top layer I cut some color paper and wrap it over my base round. Then I used some 0.3mm white computer sheet and made quills then stick it over my bangle. This is my first attempt so finishing is not so good. Later on I will make some more bangle.

Handmade Rolled Paper Jewelry 2

My first attempt for this kind of jewelry was not so good. My jewelry set was very delicate and finishing was also bad. Therefore, I made another set with same technique. To give it more durability I applied varnish coat (2 layer). At the moment I do not have paper varnish so I have used wood varnish which works fine.
